Ingredients:
2 bags Fat Free microwave popcorn (any flavor), popped (24 cups)
6 cups Baked Cheddar flavor corn snacks
2 cups fat-free pretzel sticks
2 tablespoons reduced-fat margarine, melted
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Pop popcorn according to package directions. Put popcorn, baked corn snacks and pretzels in a large bowl with a lid. Put melted margarine in a separate bowl. Add chili powder, cumin and garlic powder and blend together. Pour over popcorn mixture. Cover bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese on top. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Put popcorn mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Place in airtight bowl to store.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon reduced-sodium chicken bouillon granules
1 cup uncooked semolina pasta
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium yellow summer squash, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
Instructions:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook stirring often, until onions are translucent. Add water and boil. Once boiling add chicken bouillon. Be sure to stir often so that the bouillon will completely dissolve. Once bouillon is dissolved remove pan from stove. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cover pan and allow to stand off of the heat for 5-10 minutes. Make sure all the liquid in the pan is absorbed before serving.

Ingredients:
4 slices watermelon (3/4 inch thick)
3 medium pears, peeled
1/3 cup sugar free apple juice
2 cups blackberries
Instructions:
Chill the watermelon slices. While watermelon is chilling, peel and slice pears into 4 pieces each. Be sure to remove the cores. Pour the apple juice into blender and add pears. Blend until pureed. Remove watermelon slices and cut each slice into quarters. Remove the seeds and rind. Place watermelon quarters on large plate. Pour pear sauce over the watermelon slices. Arrange the blackberries decoratively on top. Serve cold.

Ingredients:
6 large potatoes
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
3/4 teaspoon oregano

1 minced garlic clove

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut potatoes into wedges. Line wedges in a 9X13 inch, ungreased glass casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over potato wedges. Stir to coat potatoes well. Place in over uncovered and bake until potatoes are tender (approximately 45 minutes), being sure to stir every 15 minutes or so.
