Are you one of those people who experience a burning lower back pain and cannot seem to figure out what is causing it? If you are, whether occasionally or regularly, then you must be tired of it already. You can prevent the causes of a burning back pain by first identifying the causes of your pain. Here are some of the several causes of back pain that you may or may not be experiencing:
An Added Round of an Inflamed Sciatic Nerve
The sciatic nerve is very familiar to most back pain sufferers for it is the main cause of a burning lower back pain. This sciatic nerve runs down the spine. The problem begins when you move in a particular way that triggers the muscles around the nerve to rub on it in the wrong way or constrict against this surprisingly sensitive nerve. In order to avoid this, you can identify the movements that you have made that initiated irritation of your nerves and you will get an easier way of eliminating the causes of pain in your lower back.
Stale Back Muscles
Our backs are the weakest parts of our bodies. We assume that is the strongest but we are wrong. That is why it is normal for people to experience back pains. Some people may carry something heavy and they struggled and strained from it easily. It may be because their backs are weak enough so they use their backs to do the lifting. This is okay but if it is done repeatedly, it is not healthy. Our backs should not be worked out too much for it also has the work of supporting the whole body such as standing upright, protecting the spine, absorbing shock, walking and running. Once the back muscles are tired, lifting heavy objects will only aggravate everything and will only result to lower back pain. Working through strengthening the back muscles strongly is a good idea to strengthen the core of your back.
Herniated or Slipped Discs
Another cause is the herniated or slipped discs. Our spine has shock absorbers in the middle of each vertebra or discs. These discs help us stay comfortable and free us from pain throughout our lives. The everyday wear and tear on the spine will be done easily and will also help us to move more gracefully. You also have to be careful because the spine can be very vulnerable to injury that may also cause burning back pain. A herniated disc or an injured or inflamed disc can also be a cause to lower back. The best thing to do is not overwork your back in order for the swelling to ease and for the disc to fall back into place.
In cases when you find a slipped disc, you may experience a normal pain but when it gets continuous, you may have to go to a health care professional or chiropractor to see what can be done. Your chiropractor will also help you identify the causes and monitor the symptoms that arise. You have to let your health care professional know so that the outcome of your back pain treatment program will be a successful one.
