Ingredients:
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill weed
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of dill weed
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour dressing into cruet and chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving.Â
Nice and refreshing!
